Please be aware when ordering candles there is a processing time (displayed at the top of the homepage) as all candles are made to order. If you need an item shipped sooner than the processing time please message me first so that I can ensure I have the stock to do this before you place your order.
Our shipping options are-
UK standard shipping: 3-5 working days once shipped (no tracking provided)
UK signed for: 1-3 working days once shipped.
Economy International shipping: 4-8 weeks once shipped depending on location (no tracking provided)
Standard international shipping: 2-4 weeks once shipped depending on location (no tracking provided)
Tracked international shipping: 1-2 weeks once shipped depending on location (tracking number provided)
Gift Wrapping and Packaging
All orders are packaged with love and care, suitable for gifting. If you would like a gift message or personalisation, simply add these instructions in the notes section at checkout.
(If you go by something other than the name you were given at birth, we are always happy to make the personalisation out to a true name, even if you need to have the exterior of the package be addressed to a deadname or initial. Just let us know what you need in the notes section.)
We use biodegradable packing peanuts (these can be rinsed away down the sink without harming our beautiful oceans!) and easily recyclable kraft paper shred. Candles are wrapped in corrugated cardboard (no bubble wrap!) and we encourage you to recycle/reuse your glass jars when they're empty! We've seen customers planting cactuses in their jars, using them for bathroom storage, flower vases and as pen/makeup brush holders - the possibilities are endless!

Candle Care
Our candles are made from a 100% natural coconut wax blend hand poured in small batches.
Due to the nature of the wax you may experience some cracking- this will not affect the performance of your candle!
However to reduce these possible affects, store your candles at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
Please trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow your candle to burn long enough for the top to melt fully before extinguishing for optimal scent throw and to avoid tunnelling.
